Available for new engagements

Your SaaS is built.
I make it deployable anywhere.

I take enterprise software into live customer environments — provisioning infrastructure, standing up monitoring, hardening the network, and training your teams to run it after I leave. Forward-deployed engineering, delivered as a service.

What I solve

If your product works in the demo but breaks in the field, that's the gap I close. Here's what teams bring me in for.

"It works on our machines, but deploying to each customer site takes a week and a senior engineer."

I automate the whole rollout — provisioning, containers, config as code — so a site comes online in minutes, not days, repeatably.

"Once it's deployed, we have no idea what's happening. No visibility, no alerts, no remote management."

I stand up real-time monitoring and dashboards across every endpoint, so you see health, usage, and failures live — across all sites at once.

"The customer's network is locked down and we don't control it — and it has to hold hundreds of users."

I harden and configure the network layer — firewalls, quotas, secure access — to carry 300+ concurrent users reliably, no changes to their infra.

"Every deployment leaves us on the hook forever. Nothing runs without us flying back out."

I build for handoff, not dependency — documented playbooks, SOPs, and on-site team training so your people own it after I'm gone.

Proof of delivery

One engagement, end to end: from manual, failure-prone provisioning to a monitored platform running across three continents.

Case study · Enterprise SaaS · In production since 2022
ORVEXA

Enterprise endpoint monitoring & infrastructure automation, co-architected and deployed into live campus environments worldwide.

● Live · 2,320+ endpoints

✗ The challenge

A tech-education client (~3,000 users) was provisioning every workstation by hand — roughly a week per campus, a senior engineer required on-site, and unpredictable failures. No unified monitoring, no remote management, no cross-site visibility.

✓ What I delivered

Co-built and rolled out the platform across 7 campuses: automated provisioning, secure on-prem hosting via Proxmox, MikroTik-hardened networking for hundreds of users, and live Prometheus/Grafana monitoring — then trained each local team to run it independently.

How I work

A forward-deployed model: I embed, deliver in your real environment, and leave your team able to run it.

01

Assess

I learn your product and the target environment, and map exactly where deployment breaks down.

02

Deploy

On-site or remote, I provision, automate, network, and monitor — getting it running for real.

03

Harden

I make it reliable at scale: security, quotas, failover, and repeatable config as code.

04

Hand off

Playbooks, SOPs, and hands-on training so your team owns it. I build for independence.

05

What I bring to the table

A full-stack generalist's toolkit — used in service of getting your software live and stable.

Deployment & automation

Repeatable rollouts that turn week-long installs into minutes.

  • Ansible
  • Docker / Compose
  • CI/CD
  • On-prem & cloud

Infrastructure & networking

Stable, secure environments that hold up under real load.

  • Proxmox
  • Linux admin
  • MikroTik
  • Firewalls / QoS

Monitoring & reliability

Live visibility across every site, with alerts before things break.

  • Prometheus
  • Grafana
  • Observability
  • Remote mgmt

Engineering & tooling

Custom tools built from field gaps — like a reporting tool that cut analysis time 60%.

  • Python
  • JavaScript
  • Golang
  • SQL / GraphQL

Training & handoff

Documentation and on-site enablement so teams run it without me.

  • SOPs / playbooks
  • Onboarding
  • Technical writing

Security foundations

Secure access and identity baked into deployment, not bolted on.

  • LDAP
  • Access control

Ways to work together

Scoped to your situation — a single deployment, a multi-site rollout, or ongoing infrastructure partnership.

Project engagement

Deploy & hand off

A defined outcome: get your platform deployed, monitored, and hardened at one or more sites — with your team trained to operate it. Fixed scope, clear deliverables, documented handoff.

Ongoing partnership

Multi-site rollout & support

For scaling across regions: repeatable deployment playbooks, per-site setup, and hands-on support as you expand — the forward-deployed function, without hiring for it full-time.
